Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

• Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to appear.
• Contact your bank, as additional processing time may be required.

Exchanges & Incorrect Orders

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. If you need an exchange for the same item, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days at info@hydroonebeverages.com or call (888) 738-9287.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund amount. For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Exchange delivery times may vary based on your location.

Gift Returns

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the purchaser before being given to you, any refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
